A Vice President or Director of Finance manages the daily financial activities of a company or organization. Oversees accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivables and payables, and financial administration.
Lead the corporation's consolidated Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections. Looking for experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement), DoD contracting, and DCAA compliance. Experience partnering with Program finance & accounting. Role requires experience in publicly traded companies supporting high growth and tight timelines. Guide the strategic plan, prepare board decks, and deliver supporting analysis for external stakeholders. Provide strategic analysis and advice to executive management, develop financial models, and monitor variances and business results with key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversee financial reporting and prepare detailed budget schedules—operating expense, capital expenditures, revenue, profitability, variance and trend analyses, rate of return, depreciation, cash flow, working capital, investments, and ad hoc projects. Gather and synthesize data, correlate results with cyclical and global economic trends, and produce accurate company financial profitability forecasts. Manage a team of four professionals. Expert-level Excel required; NetSuite and Adaptive Planning experience highly desirable. Position base salary range of $195,000 to $230,000 base plus bonus and LTIP incentives
Requirements:
15+ years of progressive FP&A-related experience. FAR, DFARS, Dod, Publicly traded company
MBA/CPA/CMA
