Director of FP&A Compensation:
$200,000 - $225,000 + 30% Bonus +
Sign-On Bonus Location:
San Antonio, TX | Hybrid Relocation Required - Candidates must be willing to relocate to the San Antonio area. A relocation package is available. Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Director of FP&A Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decision-making Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, business recommendations, and performance analysis Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and board-ready financial presentations Analyze revenue trends, labor, operating expenses, margins, and key business drivers across a large multi-site operation Lead strategic planning initiatives and support capital allocation decisions Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, systems, and financial analytics Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive business performance Qualifications for the Sr. Director of FP&A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required MBA or CPA preferred 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including executive leadership Experience supporting large, multi-site organizations with 500+ locations is required Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer products, or other multi-unit operating environments strongly preferred Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing business strategy Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and ERP/reporting systems experience Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements Benefits & Growth Hybrid work schedule 30% annual bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible work-from-anywhere benefit (up to three weeks annually) Executive leadership exposure with long-term growth opportunities This Sr. Director of FP&A opportunity is ideal for a finance executive with a strong background supporting large, multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer organizations who is looking to make a strategic impact at the executive level.
