Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing organization, is seeking a Supply Finance Lead to join their team. As a Supply Finance Lead, you will be part of the Finance department supporting the ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$160,000 - $190,000 What's the Job? Lead the supply finance workstream during the ERP transformation, including design, build, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare phases. Implement product costing, inventory valuation, freight, and inventory provisioning within the new system to ensure accurate financial reporting. Configure and validate inventory accounting processes, ensuring inventory control and reconciliation from sub-ledger to general ledger. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and external consultants to align system design with business needs. Support the month-end close process related to COGS and inventory, ensuring timely and accurate financial results. What's Needed? Qualified accountant (CPA, CA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in cost accounting, inventory, and supply chain finance. 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in cost and inventory accounting, preferably within manufacturing or consumer goods sectors. Proven experience leading ERP implementations, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on cost and inventory modules. Deep understanding of standard costing, manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, and provisioning. Strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
