Full Job Description Position Summary :
Bel Fuse is seeking a day one ready and strategic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to architect, build, and scale a world-class FP&A function. This executive will drive financial insight, performance management, and strategic decision-making across Bel's global operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and transforming FP&A organizations in complex, multinational environments, and will be instrumental in shaping Bel's financial future.Are You Looking to:
Design and implement a robust FP&A function, including team structure, processes, and systems—building the team over time as business needs evolve. Serve as a proven mentor and trainer to FP&A team members, including those joining from other parts of the organization. Establish best practices for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analytics. Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, partnering with business units and corporate leadership. Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario analysis, capital allocation, and business strategy. Deliver actionable insights through monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting on financial performance, KPIs, and business drivers. Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership, providing financial guidance for key business decisions. Collaborate with operations, commercial, and R D teams to drive profitability, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Lead or participate in special projects requiring complex analysis and input from multiple stakeholders. Support M&A due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance tracking as needed.Are You Ready to:
Run point on providing forward guidance to the street and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communications. Supervise FP&A activities across multiple time zones and international operations. Oversee and advise on transfer pricing, foreign exchange, and other cross-border financial matters. Demonstrate willingness and ability to travel as required to support global business needs. Drive automation and digital transformation of FP&A processes, leveraging ERP, BI, and analytics tools. Standardize reporting and analytics across business units to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making. Ensure rigorous internal controls and compliance with corporate policies.Job Requirements:
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive FP&A leadership, ideally in global manufacturing, electronics, or industrial technology sectors. Ideal preference for candidates with experience in investment banking or private equity. Demonstrated success in building and scaling FP&A teams and functions from inception, preferably in a multinational company with global supervisory responsibility. Proven track record in managing complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes. Experience with transfer pricing, foreign exchange, and working across different time zones. Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Oracle, Power BI). Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations. MBA or CPA preferred.
