Job Description
Vice President of FinancePosition Overview The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and developing financial strategies that align with the companys objectives. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in finance and project accounting, particularly within the telecommunications sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee project accounting to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead financial audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Provide financial insights and guidance to executive leadership for decision-making.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure operational efficiency.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in project accounting and financial management within the telecommunications industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
