This is a highly visible relationship leadership role focused on institutional growth, wealth program development, advisor engagement, and revenue expansion. The VP will serve as a trusted strategic partner to institutional executives while also working directly with advisors and branch teams to help develop, implement, and scale successful wealth management strategies. The ideal candidate brings experience from both the financial institution and advisor sides of the business and is equally comfortable sitting across the table from a bank or credit union executive as they are coaching an advisor or facilitating a team strategy session. What You'll DoStrategic Relationship Leadership Serve as the senior relationship lead for assigned bank, credit union, and financial institution partners. Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Develop and execute multi-year strategic growth plans focused on wealth management expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, compliance, technology, marketing, and product teams to execute partner initiatives. Advocate internally for partner needs and identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and the overall partner experience. Wealth Program Development & Growth Identify opportunities to expand advisory, investment, and financial planning services within institutional partnerships. Establish and monitor goals around AUM growth, advisor productivity, referrals, new client acquisition, and revenue. Evaluate existing wealth programs and recommend strategies to improve advisor engagement and program performance. Analyze partner data, including client demographics, deposit trends, and branch performance, to identify opportunities for increased wealth penetration. Develop scalable strategies that integrate wealth management into the broader banking or credit union ecosystem. Advisor Engagement & Enablement Provide 1:1 coaching, strategic guidance, and practice management support to advisors. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and strategic planning meetings. Help advisors adopt planning tools, advisory platforms, investment solutions, and other resources. Deliver executive presentations, business reviews, and growth recommendations. Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry conferences, and strategic planning sessions. Bring forward emerging industry trends and practice management strategies that improve advisor efficiency and the client experience. Strategic Reporting & Partner Advocacy Serve as a senior escalation point for partner concerns and ensure effective issue resolution. Monitor key performance indicators across partner programs, including: Assets under management Revenue growth Advisor productivity Referral conversion Client retention Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership and institutional partners. Continuously gather partner feedback and translate insights into opportunities for improved service delivery and program performance. Risk & Regulatory Partnership Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure partner programs operate within applicable regulatory and governance requirements. Maintain awareness of applicable requirements across areas such as SEC, FINRA, FDIC, NCUA, BSA/AML, OFAC, and CIP.
