This is a high-impact executive leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-scaling environments. The VP of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, leading all aspects of finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, payroll, tax, compliance, and revenue cycle operations. Beyond operational oversight, this leader will drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, build scalable infrastructure, strengthen decision-making capabilities, and position the organization for long term growth and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a builder and operator - someone who combines strategic vision with execution, can navigate ambiguity, and knows how to scale systems in a high-growth multi-site environment. How You'll Make an Impact Strategic Finance Leadership Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on financial performance, growth strategy, capital allocation, and operational scalability Lead enterprise financial planning efforts, aligning financial strategy with organizational objectives and expansion plans Develop long-range financial models to support market expansion, acquisitions, service line investments, workforce planning, and operational initiatives Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights across the business Support board-level reporting, investor readiness, and strategic financial presentations as the organization scales Build a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting a rapidly growing multi-site healthcare platform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across all business units and locations Drive Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analysis, variance reporting, and financial performance reviews with department leaders Develop forecasting models that provide real-time visibility into profitability, cash flow, labor efficiency, and operational performance Partner cross-functionally with operations, clinical leadership, and HR to improve financial decision-making across the organization Establish scalable reporting infrastructure and financial planning processes to support continued growth Accounting & Financial Operations Lead all accounting operations, including monthly close, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements across a complex multi-site, multi-entity structure Oversee revenue recognition, accrual accounting, intercompany activity, and compliance with applicable accounting standards Strengthen accounting policies, close procedures, and audit readiness processes Own relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners Revenue Cycle & Healthcare Finance Provide executive oversight of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, reimbursement optimization, and payer performance Partner with billing and operations teams to improve reimbursement accuracy, reduce denials, and optimize cash conversion Maintain working expertise in Medicare billing requirements, multi-payer reimbursement structures, and healthcare regulatory compliance Monitor reimbursement trends and regulatory changes impacting healthcare finance operations Treasury & Cash Management Lead enterprise cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury management activities Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financing strategies Develop scalable cash management policies that balance operational agility with financial discipline Drive working capital optimization across the organization Payroll, Tax & Compliance Oversee payroll operations across all locations, ensuring compliance with multi-state labor and payroll regulations Lead federal, state, and local tax compliance activities across a multi-entity structure Build and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial compliance processes Ensure organizational readiness for audits, regulatory reviews, and future scalability initiatives Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including significant experience in high-growth or multi-site environments Proven success leading finance organizations within healthcare, dental, medical services, or other complex multi-location operating models Strong knowledge of healthcare finance operations, including Medicare billing, reimbursement structures, and revenue cycle management Executive-level experience overseeing FP&A, accounting, treasury, payroll, tax, compliance, and operational finance functions Demonstrated ability to build scalable financial infrastructure and lead organizations through periods of rapid growth and operational complexity Experience developing executive reporting, financial models, and strategic insights for senior leadership and boards Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability Ability to travel to the Bay Area (CA) monthly for in-person leadership meetings Preferred Qualifications CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred Prior experience as a VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, Divisional CFO, or equivalent senior finance leadership role Experience supporting private equity-backed, venture-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations Experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation initiatives, or system modernization efforts Familiarity with healthcare billing platforms, financial systems, and multi-entity accounting environments EEO Statement Juventas Health
