Director of Finance Middle Market Private Equity | Confidential Opportunity We are partnering with a highly active middle market private equity firm that is continuing to scale its portfolio of operating companies. The firm takes a hands-on approach to value creation and is looking to bring on a Director of Finance to support one of its priority investments. This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction across executive leadership and the private equity sponsors. The Director of Finance will own the finance function end-to-end, with responsibility across financial reporting, planning and analysis, and cash flow management. This is not a back-office role. You will be expected to operate in the details while also helping drive strategic decisions, improve performance, and build infrastructure that supports growth. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and enjoys building, improving, and owning processes. The role offers a strong blend of hands-on execution and strategic exposure, including involvement in key initiatives such as forecasting, operational improvement, and potential M&A activity. From a career perspective, this is a true platform role with a clear path toward a future CFO or VP Finance seat. The firm is well-capitalized, actively deploying capital, and offers the chance to be directly involved in scaling a business and creating measurable value.
