Lead financial strategy. Drive performance. Support growth. At Talley Construction, the Controller plays a critical leadership role in guiding the financial health and future of the business. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and provide the insights needed to support smart, strategic decisions. The Impact You'll Make Own financial integrit y by leading accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls, including SOX compliance Support strategic decision s by partnering with the President and senior leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital investments, and potential acquisitions Lead financial operation s, including month-end close, flash reporting, and variance analysis, while continuously improving processes and performance Ensure audit readines s by coordinating internal and external audits and maintaining compliance with US GAAP and company policies Develop and lead team s across accounting, AR, payroll, procurement, and material sales, building a culture of accountability and growth Drive performance improvemen t by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen financial outcomes What You Bring Strong accounting and financial leadership experience (construction/mining or related industry) Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights A collaborative, hands-on leadership style Make Your Impact This is more than a finance role-it's an opportunity to shape the future of the business Apply today and help drive the financial success of Talley Construction
