Essential Duties and Responsibilities This role provides leadership for enterprise accounting, close and consolidation, financial reporting, shared finance services, treasure operations, and financial data governance. This position is responsible for building a disciplined, service-oriented organization capable of supporting organic growth, acquisitions, and increasing organizational complexity. This includes developing standardized and scalable solutions for routine finance activities, improving quality, consistency, efficiency and controls while creating capacity for business-unit finance teams to focus more fully on operating performance and strategic business partnership. Enterprise Accounting, Close, and Financial Reporting Lead the enterprise close, consolidation and financial processes and establish clear reporting standards, review protocols, and accountability for financial information. Ensure consolidated financial results are accurate, complete, timely, and supported by appropriate documentation. Oversee corporate departmental accounting Identify and resolve significant accounting, reporting and control Lead the incorporation of acquired businesses into enterprise accounting and reporting standards and processes.
