Type:
full-time Controller | Manufacturing, Cost Accounting & Inventory We're partnering with a growing multi-plant manufacturer seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and finance operations while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations. Oversee standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost accounting. Analyze labor, material, freight, scrap, and overhead variances to identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage inventory controls, physical inventory, cycle counts, and working capital initiatives. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to improve margins and manufacturing efficiency. Lead and develop the accounting team while strengthening financial controls and processes.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of accounting/finance experience with a strong manufacturing background. Expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, standard costing, and GAAP. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing facilities and ERP environments. Business Central experience is a plus.
