Responsibilities Lead day-to-day accounting operations across 30+ entities including owning the monthly close process reviewing journal entries and ensuring timely accurate and complete financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency Oversee and perform balance sheet reconciliations implement strong internal controls and identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure audit readiness and US GAAP compliance Build mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team while establishing and enforcing standardized accounting processes policies and procedures across all entities Partner with the VP of Finance and FP&A team to ensure financial data supports forecasting and decision-making while supporting integration and standardization efforts across newly acquired or expanding entities Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required. A CPA CMA and/or MBA is a bonus! 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a multi-entity fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience managing month-end close external audits and balance sheet integrity Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Advanced proficiency in Excel required; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and exposure to multiple industries.
