full-time A well-established and growing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations for a regional portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting processes, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, and partnership with operational leadership to support business objectives. Position Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for multiple business units. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain financial metrics, benchmarks, and reporting tools. Partner with operational leadership to review financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and work-in-progress reporting. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making. Support business planning initiatives and process improvement efforts. Coordinate external audits and assist with audit requirements. Prepare and review regulatory and financial filings. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of eight years of accounting or finance experience. Experience managing and developing accounting teams. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting and ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. CPA designation preferred.
