Scope of Responsibility:
This position directly supports the CFO in the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the company-wide finance function across Sabre segments.
Essential Duties:
Serve as a strategic business partner to the CFO and executive team, providing financial, operational, and business insights to drive actionable recommendations and performance improvement. Advise leadership on operational trends, changes, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy, acquisitions, and major investments. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, maintaining compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, and ensuring strong internal controls and audit coordination. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital to optimize liquidity, including processes around inventory, receivables, and payables. Partner with business operators on contract structuring, pricing, customer service, and new business opportunities, leveraging market, product, and profitability analysis. Lead growth initiatives through pricing optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion, including tuck-in acquisitions and portfolio management across business units. Act as an operational leader, collaborating with SBU leaders to troubleshoot supply chain constraints, manage materials and labor costs, and optimize margins and cash flow. Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, analysts, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Provide summary financials and KPIs monthly and quarterly to the senior executive team. Drive finance team performance by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and aligning activities with the Value Creation Plan. Apply expertise in capital planning, corporate finance, M&A, commercial finance, and complex multi-year agreements to maximize strategic value and mitigate risk. Motivate collaboration across the organization, engaging stakeholders to improve business outcomes and advance the finance function.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Experience:
5-7 years in corporate finance or associated experience. Experience in capital market transactions and investment strategy. Private equity experience required, including direct transaction execution and involvement in strategic investment decisions.
Skills and Abilities:
Understanding of commodity markets and other macro-economic drivers. Proficiency in analytical and decision-making skills Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of staff and company divisions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and move around the office as needed throughout the day. Capable of lifting or carrying light office materials, such as documents or small equipment.
