Responsibilities:
Oversee the Company's financial operations, including monitoring revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance. Lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle operations, and administration of the Company's 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. Develop, maintain, and enforce finance and Accounts Payable policies, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements in collaboration with leadership. Supervise the AP team, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and ensuring accurate, timely payment processing and recordkeeping. Promote efficient workflows and high-quality performance within the AP department. Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, budget analyses, payroll reporting, and tax support documentation. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll, financial reporting, and work completed by external CPA firms and financial service providers. Prepare annual budgets, forecast revenues and expenses, monitor cash flow, and recommend corrective actions when needed. Manage banking activities, including account monitoring, reconciliations, loan tracking, and identifying unusual transactions. Serve as a financial advisor to leadership by providing guidance on budgeting, compliance, financial management, and operational improvements. Oversee financial audits and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Communicate regularly with leadership regarding financial and operational matters and escalate significant issues as needed. Provide support for special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting required; MBA and CPA preferred
