Job Description About the Role Brink's is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Senior Director - Commercial Finance for North America. As a key member of the North America Finance Leadership team, this role will serve as the primary strategic financial partner to the North Americal Commercial Leader and is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across the region by providing deep financial visibility, rigorous deal-structuring oversight, optimized pricing frameworks, and data-driven commercial analytics. What You'll Do Drive Commercial Finance Excellence Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP, North America Finance and financial business partner to the North America Commercial Leader Lead customer and product profitability analysis to inform strategic decisions Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting Support annual planning and long-term revenue forecasting in partnership with FP&A Lead Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy Develop and execute pricing strategies, frameworks, and governance across North America Drive margin expansion through improved pricing discipline, analytics, and tools Partner with Sales on bid reviews, contract negotiations, and deal structuring Establish KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness, revenue quality, and profitability Build Advanced Analytics & Insights Lead and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance and analytics team Leverage data and technology to identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities Implement segmentation strategies to optimize customer mix and service offerings Enhance reporting capabilities to improve visibility and decision-making Partner Across the Business Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Strategy teams to align commercial initiatives with business goals Support transformation initiatives, including pricing systems and digital enablement Promote accountability and transparency in pricing compliance and execution Ensure Strong Governance Establish pricing governance models, approval frameworks, and compliance standards Ensure alignment with contractual commitments and internal financial controls Standardize processes and reporting across the region What You Bring Experience 15+ years of experience in finance, pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site or service-based organizations (logistics, financial services, transportation, or similar industries preferred) Demonstrated success driving pricing transformation and margin improvement Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and large, complex contracts Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required MBA or advanced degree preferred Skills & Capabilities Deep expertise in pricing strategy, revenue management, and commercial finance Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive change Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams Experience with pricing systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's Next?
