We're looking for a Controller to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll accounting, cash management, audits, and internal controls while partnering with operations and leadership teams to support business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, develop, and hold the accounting team accountable for performance, accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and cross-functional service. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management. Lead the month-end close process, including oversight of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Manage weekly cash flow forecasting and cash management activities. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of financial reports. Perform Profit & Loss analysis, variance analysis, and other ad hoc financial analyses. Support cost accounting, inventory accounting, and FP&A activities through accurate cost analysis and operational insights. Assist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and cost management initiatives. Ensure effective internal controls are established and maintained in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the primary contact for internal, external, and SOX audits. Coordinate and oversee corporate reporting requests, including support for tax preparation, quarterly filings, annual filings, and other corporate financial reporting requirements. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance Leadership, and Site Leadership to provide accounting expertise, operational analysis, and financial information for planning and decision-making.
