full-time Robert Half is partnering with a stable, growing organization seeking a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager , depending on candidate experience. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role overseeing accounting and finance for multiple business units. We're looking for a well-rounded accounting/finance leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, leading a small team, and partnering closely with operations leadership to drive business performance. What You'll Do Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for two business units Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP Partner with division leadership on profitability, margin improvement, and cost control initiatives Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting across multiple locations Manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close Establish and maintain strong internal controls, processes, and compliance procedures Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity Ensured accurate sales tax treatment across customer transactions. Coordinate external audit activities Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting support team Leverage ERP and advanced Excel skills to improve reporting and efficiency Deliver KPI reporting and financial insights to support decision-making What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Experience at the Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager level Prior leadership experience managing a small team (approximately 3-4 direct reports) Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit Experience supporting multi-location operations Strong ERP systems experience; Epicor highly preferred Advanced Excel skills Must be comfortable in a hands-on environment where no task is too small Must be open to working in the North Fort Worth area near Texas Motor Speedway Why This Opportunity Stable organization with a strong growth and acquisition strategy High-visibility role with senior leadership exposure Opportunity to improve processes and drive performance Strong growth and advancement potential Ability to help build out the local team Collaborative, team-oriented culture Discretionary bonus opportunity Strong PTO and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, life insurance, and 401(k) with match
Compensation:
