With offices in Fredericksburg, Midland, and Mason, Fletco has experienced consistent year-over-year growth while staying grounded in the values on which the company was built: integrity, collaboration, quality, innovation, and a commitment to doing things right. Our growth creates opportunities for our team members to make a meaningful impact, both within the company and in the communities where we work. We value the experience and skills people bring to their roles, encourage collaboration and transparency, and give our team the trust and opportunity to help shape how we work and where we go next. With a diverse range of projects and a team-oriented culture, Fletco offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that continues to evolve while remaining connected to its Texas roots. Position Summary The Controller is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of Fletco's accounting and financial reporting functions.
