Position Summary Terra-Vaults is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role partners with operations and executive management to improve profitability, control costs, manage inventory, and provide financial insights that support business growth. Primary Responsibilities Lead all plant accounting and financial reporting activities. Manage month-end close, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics. Partner with operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Support pricing analysis, capital investments, and strategic decision-making. Supervise accounting, purchasing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and tax reporting requirements. Drive continuous process improvements across finance and operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred). 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience. Strong cost accounting and inventory management background. Experience leading accounting or administrative teams. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; NetSuite ERP experience preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Spanish language skills are a plus.
