The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. This position requires a detail-oriented financial leader who can oversee daily accounting functions, improve processes, and provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls. Lead and support accounting staff. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Support financial systems, reporting improvements, and business initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience. At least 8 years of Controller or Assistant Controller experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Experience with inventory accounting and multiple legal entities. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Prior ERP implementation or conversion experience required. Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. CPA preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $120,000-$150,000 DOE.
