National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations within the automotive-vehicles domain, focusing specifically on the RV sector. This role plays a pivotal part in financial strategy, accounting integrity, and compliance, driving the financial health and sustainability of our business across various locations. As we pride ourselves on exceptional service and customer care, the successful candidate will contribute to our hassle-free customer experience by ensuring robust financial systems and processes. Responsibilities Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Work closely with senior management to strategize financially towards more efficient and effective business operations. Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures. Institute and maintain other planning and control procedures (including the cost accounting system) and analyze report variances. Develop financial strategy recommendations to senior management. Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting. Required Skills Expertise in financial management and accounting within the automotive sector. Strong leadership skills and experience in a managerial role. Proficiency in financial software and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic planning abilities with a detailed analytical approach.
