This individual will report directly to the Chief Officer and work closely with ownership and external CPA firms to improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, cash flow management, operational accountability, and overall financial strategy.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, organized, and proactive finance professional with strong operational and multi-entity accounting experience. This is not a transactional accounting role we are seeking someone who can provide leadership, financial insight, and operational support in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain weekly financial reporting Manage cash flow forecasting and financial planning Oversee day to day accounting operations Manage financial reporting across multiple affiliated entities Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Coordinate with external CPA firms and tax professionals Monitor operational spending and implement cost control measures Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting visibility Oversee month end close and financial statement preparation Perform job costing and profitability analysis Support executive leadership with financial reporting and strategic decision making Preferred Experience Multi-entity accounting and financial management C-Corp structures and intercompany accounting Construction, industrial, oil & gas, EPCM, manufacturing, or other project based industries QuickBooks and/or ERP systems Working directly with owners and executive leadership Building financial reporting systems, controls, and accountability measures Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience required Proven experience overseeing financial operations across multiple entities Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, and operational accounting Experience working directly with executive leadership and external CPA firms Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting processes, and operational finance Experience with accounting systems and ERP environments preferred CPA, CMA, or equivalent senior level finance experience preferred
