About The Role:
As the Vice President / Head of U.S. Finance , you will lead all U.S. financial operations across our dealership and fleet businesses. You will serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, driving financial performance, capital strategy, and operational discipline to support continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a multi-site, high-growth environment and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own full P&L responsibility for U.S. dealership and fleet operations Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across all U.S. entities Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and capital structure strategy Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial partners Support and evaluate M&A activity, including acquisitions, integrations, and growth initiatives Ensure strong accounting, controls, and regulatory compliance across all U.S. operations Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making and business performance Collaborate with Canadian leadership on consolidated reporting and cross-border financial structure Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team Potential oversight of family office and/or investment reporting, as applicable
What You Bring:
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level roles Experience managing multi-entity or multi-site operations (automotive, or similar high-volume environments preferred) Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and P&L leadership Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or growth environments CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial credential preferred (or comparable experience)
