The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing, Oil and Gas industry with strong project cost management experience, ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of complex infrastructure initiatives. This role requires pervious supervisory experience, leadership and excellent communication skills. The Controller will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing budgeting processes, and ensuring adherence to GAAP compliance and regulations across diverse projects. Strong Project management oversight is required. Duties Lead the development and management of project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency throughout the construction lifecycle. Supervise teams involved in project management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all phases of construction. Microsoft Office, Oracle, Word and Excel expertise is required to track project progress, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with project stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, and vendors—to ensure alignment on project scope and financial objectives. Lead cost management initiatives by analyzing variances, managing change orders, and optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Qualifications CPA is required Bachelors Degree in Accounting Proven experience in manufacturing or oil and gas management with a focus on financial oversight as a Controller or similar leadership role. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. Pay:
$165,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
