WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including financial reporting and analysis, audit and compliance, and team management. Lead and optimize accounting operations and financial controls for manufacturing, retail, and social enterprise entities Provide actionable financial analysis to support business strategy and operational effectiveness Manage, develop, and inspire a team comprising a staff accountant, supervisor, and five AP/AR professionals Oversee integration and data flows between ERP, POS, AP, and E-commerce platforms, driving discipline and process improvements Serve as key Finance liaison with IT and external vendors for ongoing upgrades and process integration

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years Controller-level leadership in a manufacturing environment Proven expertise leading multi-system financial integration projects and process discipline initiatives #LI-AB1 #
