WHAT YOU'LL DO

Direct daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, audits, compliance, and analytical review Elevate financial controls and accounting processes across manufacturing, retail, and social enterprise divisions Deliver meaningful financial insights that guide strategic and operational decision‑making Lead, mentor, and develop a team consisting of a staff accountant, supervisor, and a five‑person AP/AR group Manage and refine data flow and integration across ERP, POS, AP, and E‑commerce systems, ensuring accuracy and discipline Act as the primary Finance partner to IT and external vendors for system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller‑level role within manufacturing Demonstrated success leading multi‑system financial integrations and driving process rigor Background in manufacturing/cost accounting is highly advantageous Experience with grant accounting or grant administration is a plus #LI-JM4 #
