Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller position include: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management preferred Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting regulations Proficiency with QuickBooks, databases, and spreadsheets Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, budgets, and reports Monitor financial performance, including job costing and variance analysis, and provide recommendations to improve results Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and sales tax filings Develop internal controls, collaborate with auditors and stakeholders, and support organizational efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Salary :

$100,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
