SR MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Primary Objective:

Assists in the coordination and execution of Maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities.

Shift:

1st: M-F, 7:00AM-3:30

PM Equipment Knowledge:

Sit-Down Forklift Stand-Up/Reach Forklift Order Picker/Cherry Picker Forklift

Electric Pallet Jack Responsibilities:

Support the Maintenance department by helping to schedule tasks, manage resources, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders based on urgency, equipment availability, and skill levels of maintenance technicians. Assist in creating maintenance schedules to ensure that preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections are conducted in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Coordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors to allocate necessary resources, such as labor, tools, and parts, for maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and repairs. Update maintenance logs and databases. Actively participate in group activities and collaborates with team. Assist in conducting routine equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend maintenance actions. Provide basic analysis and applies knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems. Perform other duties as needed. General Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor Follows standard operating and safety procedures Keeps area safe, clean, and organized Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
