Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly close and financial reporting across multiple client engagements Oversee full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, cash management) Manage and review work of accounting staff (billing, AP, GL teams) Support and coordinate external audits (financial, bank, 401k) Ensure compliance with GAAP and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients Troubleshoot and resolve accounting and reporting issues

Qualifications:
