Controller Salary:

$135,000 – $185,000 + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle accounting for multiple government contracting clients Manage and review month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations Lead accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, and DCAA regulations Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Oversee audits (financial, DCAA, incurred cost) Work directly with clients to deliver accounting support and insights Identify areas for improvement and help streamline processes

Qualifications:

8+ years of accounting experience in government contracting Strong hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations Knowledge of GAAP, FAR, and DCAA compliance Experience leading accounting functions and teams Ability to work in a client-facing environment supporting multiple entities Background in consulting, advisory, or public accounting environments preferred Experience working with multiple clients or business units preferred #Controller #GovCon #Costpoint #AccountingJobs #FinanceCareers #LeadershipOpportunity #HiringNow #CFS @CFS #
