Controllers, this is your cue. We're hiring a Controller in Charlottesville, VA for a mission-driven organization where finance supports real purpose and impact. This role will lead financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, budgeting, audit support, and accounting systems across a complex multi-site, multi-entity environment. We're looking for a leader with a Bachelor's in Accounting , 10+ years of experience , and 5+ years leading an accounting team .
