This role serves as a trusted advisor to the President and Board, ensuring fiscal integrity, strong governance, and organizational alignment while enabling the mission to advance education, workforce development, research, and economic growth. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of enterprise‑wide financial and administrative strategies aligned with organizational priorities Advise the President and executive leadership on financial performance, risk management, investments, and resource allocation Provide executive oversight of Finance, Grants & Contracts, Institutional Advancement, and process improvement functions Ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with regulatory and fiduciary requirements Prepare and present financial analyses, reports, and recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior stakeholders Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and cross‑functional collaboration Build and lead high‑performing teams, fostering accountability, transparency, and operational excellence a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;} Your Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Significant senior‑level leadership experience overseeing finance and administrative functions in a complex organization. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and audit processes. Experience overseeing grants management, contracts, and stewardship of public and private funds. Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
