Job Description
An established, high-volume automotive dealership in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced finance director to join its management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive professional who is ready to step into a stable, well-supported environment with strong volume, competitive compensation, and long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a franchised automotive dealership finance department, along with a strong understanding of deal structure, lender relationships, compliance, funding requirements, product presentation, and team leadership. This role requires someone who can operate at a high level, support production goals, coach and develop finance managers, and work closely with sales and executive leadership. The organization offers consistent support, training, and resources to help the right candidate succeed.
