Landmark College Vice President for Enrollment Management The Landmark Collegecommunity seeks a strategic, entrepreneurial, and deeply mission-aligned leader to serve as its next Vice President for EnrollmentManagement. Working in close collaboration with President Jim Dlugos and the President's Council, the Vice President will serve as theCollege's chief enrollment officer and will lead enrollment at the institution that defined what it means to educate students who learndifferently, helping to shape what that means for the next generation of neurodivergent learners. Landmark College, located inPutney, Vermont, is one of only two institutions of higher education in the country designed exclusively for students with learningdisabilities such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges. Enrolling approximately 600 undergraduates, Landmark buildsits entire model - curriculum, pedagogy, advising, residential life, and student support - around how its students learn. With a healthyendowment, disciplined budgeting, strong unrestricted reserves, no deferred maintenance, and a tuition discount rate well below sectornorms, the College undertakes this search from a position of institutional strength. Landmark's next Vice President for EnrollmentManagement will have the unique opportunity to lead key strategic priorities including: Sharpening the College's valueproposition and strengthening mid-funnel conversion and yield; Deploying financial aid strategically by leveraging an unusually lowdiscount rate as a competitive asset; Broadening external referral networks among educational consultants, school counselors,special education directors, disability services offices, and allied clinicians; and Expanding transfer, adult, and onlineenrollment across the College's full portfolio of pathways.
