The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives while leading and developing a small accounting team. What You'll Do Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, fixed assets, and month-end close. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives. Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and relationships with external auditors and advisors. Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Manage capital expenditure tracking, asset management, and fixed asset reporting. Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements across the finance function.
