What You'll Do Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, cash management, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support. Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business improvement initiatives. Manage and develop accounting staff while maintaining strong internal controls, compliance standards, and process improvements.
