Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology or equivalent practical experience. + 15 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). + 10 years of experience as a people manager. + Experience managing finance teams in a cloud, technology infrastructure, or SaaS environment. Preferred qualifications: + Experience managing and scaling a finance team within an IaaS-based business. + Experience managing complex business problems from inception to delivery including developing structured solutions. + Strong business acumen with an understanding of business drivers and value-creation. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain executive presence and perspective in the midst of changing timelines and rapid decision making. + Ability to lead and inspire a growing organization and navigate ambiguity, track record of developing teams, and proven coaching skills.
