Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Controller to join our client. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of accounting principles, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Research technical accounting issues for compliance Support month-end and year-end close process Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting The chosen candidate for this Accounting Manager/Controller role will become part of a dynamic, positive team culture, responsible for managing the General Ledger team.
