Controller:
Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and month-end close
  • Lead financial reporting, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Coordinate annual audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance activities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost analysis processes
  • Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and support strategic business initiatives Qualifications for the
Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and manufacturing accounting principles
