This is an on-site, Monday-Friday role where you'll play a key role in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay: $34-$38 per hour Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Future-focused savings: 401(k) with up to 3% company match (after 12 months and 21 years of age) Time off that matters: 9 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday, plus 1 week vacation after 1 year Paid sick leave to keep life balanced What You'll Do Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting Deliver accurate monthly financial statements to senior leadership Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls Monitor cash flow and oversee payment processes Keep tax obligations current and compliant Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to help them succeed What You Bring to the Team 5+ years of finance/accounting experience Proven experience in supervisory or team leadership roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance High proficiency in Excel and financial systems Experience improving processes and managing operations Excellent communication and leadership skills What Sets You Apart MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting CPA, CMA, or other professional certification Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
