All Metal Stamping, Inc. - Abbotsford, WI Manufacturing | Accounting | Finance Leadership Job Summary All Metal Stamping is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and partner directly with leadership. This role is ideal for a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant ready to own the full accounting function and bring clarity, structure, and confidence to financial reporting. This is a hands-on role with decision-making authority in a stable manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Own month-end close and financial statement preparation Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records Provide financial reporting, analysis, and visibility to leadership Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls Support job costing and margin analysis Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Improve accounting processes, documentation, and internal controls Serve as the primary accounting partner to ownership and leadership What Success Looks Like Predictable, timely month-end close Clear, decision-ready financial reporting Improved visibility into costs, margins, and performance Well-organized accounting processes that scale with the business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing exposure helpful, not required) Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements Experience with month-end close and general ledger management Ability to work independently and take ownership CPA or public accounting experience is a plus, not required Why This Role Leadership visibility and influence Direct access to ownership Opportunity to build and improve systems Stable, established manufacturing company Competitive salary based on experience Onsite role with flexibility once established Who Should Apply Controllers seeking a hands-on, business-embedded role Accounting Managers or Senior Accountants ready to step into leadership Candidates who value clarity, ownership, and long-term stability

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
