Oversee financial operations for the 2 manufacturing facilities Lead monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management activities Partner with operations leaders to improve cost structure, productivity, and labor efficiency Manage revenue recognition, standard costing, and inventory controls Lead production budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness Supervise and develop a team Qualifications for the

Experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller or similar manufacturing finance leadership role Prior experience managing and developing a finance/accounting team Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations finance ERP experience, preferably Epicor CPA and/or MBA preferred #
