Key Responsibilities:

Oversee general accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliations, tax filings, payroll, and 401(k) administrationProactively identify and communicate financial risks or opportunities, partnering with stakeholders to implement effective corrective actionsReview financial performance across business units, identify key drivers and trends, and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-makingManage cash flow through the creation of bi-weekly reports, vendor payment monitoring, and deployment of cash management enhancementsLead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 direct reports while promoting a safe, organized, and compliant work environmentCoordinate financial planning and forecasting cycles for the profit & loss (P&L) portfolio across all functionsFoster strong working relationships with key stakeholders to encourage transparent business discussions and collaborative problem-solvingProvide financial governance and ensure compliance with accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
