Play a key role on the executive leadership team, partnering directly with company leadership to drive financial strategy and business improvements. Lead finance operations for a growing organization with approximately 200+ employees and $75M in revenue across multiple locations. Join a company with a strong culture, minimal turnover, and a focus on having the right people in the right roles while continuing aggressive growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process and oversee the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and provide insights to improve business performance. Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership by identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. Oversee accounting operations including job costing, financial reporting, tax preparation, and union payroll. Manage and mentor the accounting team while overseeing financial activities for multiple business entities. Qualifications 10+ years of accounting experience with previous leadership or management experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Experience within construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other project-based industries strongly preferred. #LI-CB1 #
