Controller Salary:

This Controller position offers the opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping the company's financial future. Serve as the financial leader for a growing, project-based organization with in-house design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance capabilities. Take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and project financial analysis in an environment where your work directly impacts profitability. Partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making. Lead and develop the accounting team while strengthening processes, controls, and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial analysis as the Controller . Oversee the daily accounting function, month-end close, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting. Partner with project managers and operational leaders to analyze project performance, identify trends, and improve profitability. Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, systems, and reporting while driving continuous improvement. Support executive leadership with financial strategy, planning, cash flow management, and business decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 10+ years experience preferably in manufacturing, construction or distribution environment. Management experience highly desired. #LI-JR2 #
