Job Description
Controller Salary:

Be the financial leader for a company-wide ERP implementation, helping modernize systems, improve reporting, and streamline processes. Lead and develop a talented accounting team while making a visible impact on strategic business decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial analysis processes as the Controller . Drive the company's ERP implementation, improve accounting processes, and strengthen internal controls. Partner with project managers and operational leaders to provide financial insights that improve profitability and project performance. Oversee the daily accounting function, mentor the accounting team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support executive leadership with financial strategy, planning, cash flow management, and business decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (Associate's degree considered); CPA is a plus. Previous Controller experience within construction, mechanical contracting, or another project-based industry. Strong background in ERP implementations, budgeting, forecasting, WIP reporting, job costing, and financial analysis.
