Controller Salary:

Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, WIP reporting, and project cost analysis while partnering with project managers on financial performance. Serve as a key leader in a company-wide ERP implementation and help drive process improvements across the accounting function. Act as the financial liaison between departments, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions. Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and the daily activities of the accounting team while driving operational efficiencies. Support executive leadership with strategic financial planning and business initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (Associate's degree considered); CPA is a plus. Controller-level experience within the construction, mechanical contracting, or similar project-based industry required. Experience leading or participating in ERP/software implementations and organizational change management. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial analysis. Leadership or team lead experience preferred, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. #
