The Plant Controller reports to the Plant Manager and partners closely with plant operations and corporate finance to ensureaccuratereporting, strong internal controls, and effective financialsfor manufacturing operations. Managemonthlyclosing, plant financial statements, and standardized financial reportingin accordance withcorporate timelines

Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan submissions

Maintain standard costs, cost accounting processes, and bills of materials

Managecompliance with SOX internal controls andmaintainaudit readiness

Participate in production meetings and conduct regular plant walkthroughs

Partner with plantmanagementon manufacturing finance and cost management

Providedaytodayoversight of the plant accounting clerks

Collaborate with corporate financeonreporting accuracy and control compliance What You Bring Bachelor's degree in AccountingorFinance

3-5 years of manufacturing accounting or manufacturing finance experience

Strongknowledgeof cost accounting, inventory controls, andmonthendclose

Working knowledge of GAAP principles

ExperiencewithSOXaligned or internal control environments

Detailoriented, organized, andprocessfocusedwork style

Comfortable managing plant accounting duties with minimal supervision

Strong ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively

Prior peoplemanagementexperience preferred
