full-time Corporate Controller We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to help lead our client's accounting operations, including domestic and international accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cost accounting, and finance-related technology initiatives. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position in Sheboygan, WI reporting to the VP of Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting operations, including AR, AP, Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, and Financial Reporting. Oversee domestic and international accounting teams, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Drive month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, balance sheet integrity, and management reporting. Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, and insurance programs. Support process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives Develop, mentor, and lead accounting managers and their staff. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting and CPA required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, treasury, cost accounting, and international accounting. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
